All Womens Sacred Plant Medicine Retreat

Join us for a deeply nourishing and transformational 3-day All Women’s Sacred Plant Medicine Retreat, held in the stunning natural beauty of the Blue Star Lodge, nestled between Whitefish and Columbia Falls, Montana. This intimate gathering is a sacred invitation to journey into self-discovery, sisterhood, and soul remembrance through the wisdom of sacred plant spirits and heart-centered practices.
We will open our weekend with a beautiful Cacao Ceremony on Thursday evening to ground, connect, and set intentions as we drop into the medicine of the heart together. The following day invites you into playful creativity and embodied expression with a somatic song activation lead by the talented Maria Zepeda. This workshop will blossom your voice through song and somatic awareness while melting away limitations, shame and self doubt around the value and power of your sacred voice. We will then break for a nourishing lunch and free time before experiencing a delicious Tantric Breathwork experience led by the luscious Andrea Bourke, also known as the Tantra Queen. These practices will bond and prepare us for a full-day Plant Medicine Ceremony the following day, guided with deep care and reverence by Sarah Schaefgen of Heart of Earth & Sky accompanied by Danielle Marie, sacred space holder. This heart forward ceremony will offer a safe and sacred space for healing, insight, and personal transformation.
Throughout the retreat, you’ll be held in a nurturing environment with shared room accommodations and wholesome, nourishing meals, designed to support your body and spirit.
